What is up!! If you happened to find me thru my wizard101 art, I’m sorry to say that this account won’t be hosting much of that stuff at all unless I went way above my own expectations/standards and I wanna showcase it as an example of my skills :]

Some background on me: I draw a ton of Wizard101 related art, and I love doing it! I’ve been recognized by the game devs, and I like to think I have a reputation for high quality fanart in the community and even higher personal standards for my skills.

However, I’m also an adult (and have been for awhile!) with grownup ideas in my head. I’ve been drawing for a very long time, and I’m just now taking it seriously. It’s about time I had a space where I’m free to explore the edgy/violent/sexy themes and ideas that don’t reflect the squeaky clean image of w101. I could spend ages just rambling about all my favorite internet art aesthetics that aren’t trendy anymore lol. The choice to not use the same username/avatar is intentional. I don’t want anybody accidentally stumbling across my non-family-friendly art and being taken by surprise. I’m not out to deceive anybody on who I am ofc, just doing my best to remain respectful of my original audience :]

I'm also doing this to avoid burnout. I have no intention of stopping drawing the cute n colorful stuff from an almost 20 year old game, but sometimes I need a little break before getting back to it. I can also feel my skills starting to stagnate just a little, cause I want more than just one style to push myself to be better with every piece I make.

With all that outta the way, here’s to what will hopefully be just another part of my journey of self expression and the relentless pursuit of improvement!!
